Changfan's roll billets are made of electric arc furnace electrode billets, Medium-frequency induction furnace melt molten steel, refining, vacuum degassing, and ESR steel ingots, which are formed by forging, and then processed by finishing, heat treatment, after strict inspection.
The selection of raw material and manufacturing process of the roll directly affect its performance and application effect. Reasonable selection and use can significantly improve the efficiency of the rolling mill and the quality of the rolled material. Medium-Frequency Induction Furnace can melt 20 tons of molten steel at one time.
