Ouality Inspection

Multiple rigorous tests assure the roll quality. Firstly is the rolls’ quality foundation, that is raw material rigorous inspection. Then strictly inspect each step of production, include internal & external diameter inspection, aperture inspection, length measurement, roundness inspection, flaw detection, hardness testing, temperature measurement and so on. Finally, inspection is for each finished roll.

We conduct corresponding inspections after each process, for the final product, we will conduct 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.
