Process Flow

The production process of cold rolls is a complex process that requires multiple steps including raw material preparation, forging, heat treatment (quenching, tempering), mechanical processing, surface treatment, quality inspection and so on. The process parameters and quality requirements of each link need to be strictly controlled to ensure that the quality and performance of the cold rolling mill meet the design requirements.

We strictly follow the production process of the product, including rough turning, oil quenching, induction hardening, finish turning, finish grinding and so on.
